Wright Entertainment is a Large Disc Jockey and Small Production Company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We provide our clients with experience and planning expertise to provide you with the services and equipment you need for your next big or small event. We specialize in disc jockey services for all types of events. How Much do you Charge?
In keeping to our mission to provide honest and reliable DJ service at a reasonable price. We want to provide you with a quote tailored for your event. Your special event will be like no other -- don't get stuck paying a one-price fits all rate card fee.

Many factors will go into quoting rates for our DJ and entertainment services for your event. To put a generic price list on the web site would not be in the best interest of the customer, as it would not address all of the variables that are involved in creating a price especially for you. Consider these factors:

  • Location or Venue
  • Time of day (starting time)
  • Day of the week
  • Length of event
  • Type of Event (wedding, anniversary, birthday, fraternity/sorority, corporate, etc.)
  • Desired equipment and special effects
  • The number of staff professionals needed
  • Wright Entertainment  provides professional disc jockeys, karaoke, video and foam parties.
  • All of the staff at Wright Entertainment strives to provide the best service possible. We work with the other vendors at your event (i.e. Photographers, caterers, etc.) to make sure your event flows smoothly.
  • When you hire Wright Entertainment you are not just getting a great entertainer you are getting an event coordinator as well so you can relax and enjoy your event. Below are some facts that a full-service DJ company will afford to you as your coordinator and you should consider when wisely choosing this professional:
  • Disc Jockey rates vary based on talent, experience, emcee ability, service, coordination, equipment needed, music knowledge, mixing ability and personality.

  • Rates for the DJ industry vary greatly, ranging from $350.00 to $3,500.00 with an average of $1,200.00 for a 4 hour booking. The best price is not always the best deal, especially if you are planning to hire a DJ for a wedding. As a matter of fact, surveys conclude that nearly 100% of brides would have spent more money on their entertainment and made it their #1 priority in hindsight.

  • A full-service disc jockey company will normally invest 12 to 30 hours to your special event but it may appear that you are only paying for "4 hours". Nostalgic Photo/Video Montages! Provide us with your photographs and or home videos, and we'll create an interactive presentation to project onto our video screen for your Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary, or any other event. Think about the Father / Daughter dance at a wedding with pictures of the bride as she has grown from a child to adulthood projected on the screen as they dance. Are You Insured?
Yes! A one million dollar liability policy protects you and your event at all times. Our equipment is also covered against theft, loss, fire, etc. Insurance protection is often the most overlooked qualification when looking for a DJ. Don’t just ask your potential DJ if they are insured, demand proof.

Can We Meet With You?
Yes! Both current and potential clients are encouraged to meet with us at our office for a personal consultation, to plan their event and view our sound & lighting systems.

Will I Receive A Contract?
Yes! Every client receives a contract. This document details all issues pertaining to your event. It's a binding agreement protecting both of our interests.

Do You Offer Planning & Coordination Services?
Yes, we will work together with you designing an entertainment plan perfect for your reception. Acting as your personal Entertainment Coordinator, we will coordinate the events of your reception with the caterer, photographer, videographer and other event professionals to ensure that each detail goes smoothly and as planned. On your wedding day…Details are taken care of. The perfect music is playing. You have the peace of mind to smile, have fun and enjoy your celebration.

Will You Advertise At Our Event?
No & Yes! No, we will not display any banners or signs at the DJ table, and no we will not place business cards or advertisements at your guest’s tables. Yes, if one of your guests request information, we will give them a business card to contact us at a later time.

How Will Our Disc Jockey Dress For Our Event?
Our staff prefers to wear full a tuxedo for formal events, dress pants and company-branded shirt for other events. Should you desire another form of attire, just let us know in advance.

Can We Request Songs Or A Play List?
Yes! You can browse our extensive online music library and select the perfect songs for your celebration. When you book Wright Entertainment, you can build an online broken-down playlist of Must Plays, Play If You Have It, and Do Not Play.  You can even allow your guests to make limited requests in advance of your event if you would like, with our exclusive guest request area.

Do You Have References?

Will Your Staff Drink Alcohol During My Event?
Absolutely Not! Our company policy is: No Consumption of Alcohol Before Or During Any Event! You will notice the advantages of having a sober DJ.

Who Controls The Volume Level?
You Do! You'd be amazed at how many DJs believe more is better! You control the volume according to your wishes. A good DJ wants to please you and your guests, not themselves.

Which Geographical Areas Do You Cover?
We are based in Indiana, and provide mobile DJ services mainly for people based within this state. Our main base in in Indianapolis and we are happy to provide services to the local area and beyond. These are the main geographical areas we cover: Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, South Bend, Bloomington, Evansville, Muncie and Chicago. However, if you are located within a different area, please do not hesitate to call us as we can assist in providing mobile DJ and entertainments services to other locations.
